Weight’s down, lost 2.6kg in my first week of exercising. Obviously it starts good and slows down fast, but I’ll compensate for that by picking up the exercise. Yesterday I cut off all my hair and mailed it to a charity. It wasn’t as difficult as I’d imagined it might be, I was actually glad to be rid of it. My haircut now looks great, although it is benefitting from the styling work of a professional hair dresser, someone whose work I’ll probably struggle to replicate. I’m trying to kick-start my motivation to improve once again. I’m going to bed at a normal, human time and exercising when I can. I took care of a bunch of stuff today that I’ve been neglecting forever. I’m feeling good and things are looking up.
